Kuttawa Cannonball Run Added To SOTW Key West Bash ‘Experience Auction’ Item
As if Kuttawa Cannonball Run co-organizer Jeff Hoefling weren’t doing enough to support the November 6 Speed On The Water Key West Bash charity auction benefitting Samuel’s House and Keys AHEC Health Centers with his donation of “his and her” Glock pistols, he reached out Friday afternoon to offer something else.

The Kuttawa Cannonball Run is now included in the “Rock The Gulf and the River Experience” auction item for upcoming Speed On The Water Key West Bash charity auction. Photos by Pete Boden copyright Shoot 2 Thrill Pix.
Now the 10th annual Kuttawa Cannonball Run in Kentucky is part of the “Rock The Gulf and the River Experience” auction item package donated by the leaders of Fort Myers Offshore and Rock The River Cincinnati Fun Run. When Hoefling read about it Friday, he reached out to fellow organizer Terry Martin and Martin liked the ideal. Then he asked us if their late-May event could be part of the deal.
Only a fool would say no.
“Let’s sweeten the pot,” Hoefling said.” Kuttawa Cannonball Run will donate an entry and three nights stay to the Hampton Inn to the Fort Myers Offshore and Rock The River Cincy package.”
Consider it sweetened.

The Kuttawa Cannonball Run will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2026.
