When industry veteran Mike Livorsi of Livorsi Marine calls his 20-foot Fastcat from Lanier Custom Boats “the best-riding boat under 25 feet by far—and I have owned more than 10 cats in my lifetime,” that’s saying something. For now, Livorsi is parting ways with the attention-getting 20-footer designed by legendary boat racer Errol Lanier. Powered by a stock 2006 Mercury 250XS engine with 400 hours, the boat appears to be fun and resourceful.
Features include: Magic tilt tandem aluminum trailer (all bearings were just replaced), Hot Foot throttle with Livorsi shifter, new Uflex hydraulic steering, full Sunbrella cover, Livorsi gauges and Mercury monitor that displays all engine data and faults, new 7-inch Garmin touchscreen 741XS with sonar, new Minkota 24-volt trolling motor with I-Pilot and remote, power pole with remote, Detwiler jackplate, Fusion stereo and amplifier with eight speakers, four batteries with converter and charger, two underwater lights, docking lights and LED cupholders, two baitwells and lots of storage, upgraded Livorsi steering wheel with drive trim and jackplate switches on wheel, Bravo propeller, and polling platform.
